Instructions
  1. First, Whisk together the oil and honey.
  2. Add the eggs and the milk to the mixture and mix well till the individual components blend together.
  3. Now add the baking soda, the mashed banana, the salt, vanilla essence and cinnamon. Whisk the mixture together.
  4. Now you can start using a wooden spoon or your hand instead of the whisk to mix it.
  5. Lastly, stir in the fruits and nuts of your choice.
  6. Grease the pan liberally with coconut oil and pour the mixture into the greased pan.
  7. Sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top and bake it in a preheated oven for 55 minutes at 160 degrees.
  8. Cool and cut into slices. It is delicious served warm, and can also be served with ice-cream.
