Moroccan Lentil Tagine

Instructions
Sauté Onions , garlic, peppers herbs in oil until tender.
Deglaze with wine.
Add the lentils, tomatoes and stocks and bring to a simmer.
Continue simmering until the lentils are tender.
Adjust the seasoning as needed with salt and pepper.
