French it Up

ground cinnamon

Milk

vanilla extract

bread

cup
maple syrup
warmed
Instructions
Combine the cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar and allow this mixture to sit for five minutes.
Melt the butter and mix in the cinnamon mixture, eggs, milk and vanilla until well combined.
Put this mixture in a shallow dish and dip the bread in it, being sure to coat both sides.
Fry the bread in a little oil until golden on both sides.
Pace on a plate and top with the syrup.
Serve.
