Ingredients

besan flour
1/4

Milk

sugar
1/2

Water

Almonds
sliced

Cashew nuts
sliced

pumpkin seeds
sliced

pinch
orange color
ghee
for frying
Instructions
Sieve the besan flour into a bowl and mix the milk until you get a thick batter.
Heat the ghee and drop boondis into the ghee.
Allow the boondis to fry until golden brown.
Make a three string sugar syrup and add a pinch of orange color.
Coat the boondis with this syrup and stir in the nuts.
Once the mixture cools, shape it into ladoos.
Store in an airtight container.
