Mushroom and Peas Curry Recipe
Instructions
  1. Set a shallow pan on the stove.
  2. Turn on the heat to high.
  3. Pour the oil.
  4. Reduce the heat.
  5. Add the ginger and garlic paste.
  6. Allow three minutes to cook.
  7. Add onions and sauté for six minutes.
  8. Add chili, coriander, turmeric, and cinnamon powder.
  9. Add the tomatoes and chopped chilies.
  10. Add blitzed coriander and allow slow cooking for 10 minutes with a lid on.
  11. The oil will glisten over the mush indicating the ingredients are cooked.
  12. Allow the liquid to dry out for 5 minutes with the dish open.
  13. Then add the peas and mushroom.
  14. Close the dish one more time and allow to slow cook for 12 minutes.
  15. Add moisture if you find it a little dry.

This is an easy dish to make. Serve it with rice or flat bread and garnish with coriander and lemon wedges when serving.
