Ingredients

Bread slices
toasted

cheese cubes
grated

mushrooms
sliced, khumbh
1
onion
sliced
1
capsicum
thinly sliced

tomato
deseeded and sliced

Oil
salt to taste
Instructions
Toast the bread slices.
Heat the oil. lightly fry the vegetables and mushrooms.
Add salt. spread the vegetable mix over the bread slice and top it with grated cheese.
Melt cheese in the oven and serve the mushroom toasts.
