Mustard, your way
What’s that you’re saying? You ‘buy’ your mustard at the store? Tut tut tut. You haven’t tried homemade mustard then.

Ingredients

Tbsp yellow mustard seeds

Tbsp black mustard seeds
1/8
tsp
cinnamon – broken
1 1/2
Tbsp honey
1
tsp
Salt
Vinegar to steep
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and steep with vinegar.
The vinegar has to be at least 1/2″ above the other ingredients.
Let it sit for 48 hours.
Blend to a fine paste and store in an air-tight container.
