Ingredients

boiled potaotes

singhara atta

rock salt

tsp
finely chopped green chillies

tbsp
ghee
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and mash them along with the flour, salt and chillies.
Form a dough-like structure and divide it into four even portions.
Take one portion and shape them into a flat tikki with your hands.
Repeat with with the other portions as well.
Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and shallow fry the tikkis till you get a crispy brown crust on both sides.
