Instructions
  1. Peel the potatoes and mash them along with the flour, salt and chillies.
  2. Form a dough-like structure and divide it into four even portions.
  3. Take one portion and shape them into a flat tikki with your hands.
  4. Repeat with with the other portions as well.
  5. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and shallow fry the tikkis till you get a crispy brown crust on both sides.
