Instructions
Heat ghee in a deep vessel and add suji.
Once the suji is slightly toasted add the water, pouring slowly and mix continuously.
Once the water begins to reduce, add the sugar and powdered green cardamom and mix well.
Keep stirring and you’ll observe the mixture thicken into a halwa, once you reached the desired consistency switch off the flame.
Garnish with raisins and cashews and serve.
