Ingredients

large sweet potato
3
medium taro roots
1
chopped green chilli
1
tsp
rock salt
1
tbsp
ghee
Instructions
Boil sweet potato and taro root then set aside for cooling.
Peel the vegetables and cut slices with the thickness you prefer.
Add rock salt and chopped green chilli and mix using your hands.
Heat ghee in a non-stick pan.
Shallow fry the chips in batches, cooking on both sides.
Once you see a brown crust on both sides, drain them on a kitchen towel and serve immediately.
