simple syrup

cream or half & half

egg white

Club Soda
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients except the club soda into a cocktail shaker. Dry shake.
Fill the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously again (more than normal to ensure the egg and cream are well mixed).
Strain into a chilled highball glass & top with club soda.
