Ingredients

chopped banana

Nutella

Water

granulated sugar
Instructions
Take banana and nutella in a mixing bowl and stir till well combined and stiff.
Take the dough and divide into two portions.
Take the first half and roll it out into a rectangle of 14×8 inch which has a thickness of about quarter an inch.
Cut out 8-pieces using a cookie cutter and repeat with the second half of the dough.
Put one spoonful of the nutella mixture on each of the pieces and brushing the edges with water, seal the empanadas crimping them with a fork.
Dust the empanadas with sugar and keep them on a lined baking sheet and put them in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile preheat the oven at 400 F and then put in the empanadas and bake for 20 minutes or till golden in colour.
