Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except onion- adding enough water to make a thin batter.
  2. Heat half teaspoon of oil in a pan and sprinkle the onions.
  3. Pour a ladle full of batter to make dosa.
  4. Sprinkle some oil on the sides to prevent the dosa from sticking.
  5. Cook on medium flame. (You don’t need to flip the dosa)
  6. When the dosa becomes golden brown, remove from pan and transfer to the serving plate.
