Instructions
  1. Wash and soak oats in luke warm water with ΒΌ cup juice or 1 tbsp lemon juice and a cup of water.
  2. Allow to rest for overnight to 12 hours.
  3. You can discard the soaked water if you prefer to reduce the phytic acids .
  4. Blend everything well until smooth.
  5. Serve oats smoothie immediately.
