Ingredients

olive oil

= Diced tomatoes

Tomato sauce

dried oregano

dried basil

garlic powder

red pepper flakes

farfalle pasta
salt and pepper
to taste

mozarella cheese
grated

cup
ricotta cheese
1/4
cup
Parmesan cheese
grated

parsley leaves
chopped
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pan, stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, garlic powder and red pepper flakes, season with salt and pepper.
Bring to a simmer and stir in pasta and 2 cups water. Bring this to a boil and let the pasta cook through for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in all the cheese and cover it for 2-4 minutes.
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley!
