quinoa

Instructions
Put the chicken broth and quinoa in a pot and bring to boil. After that, simmer for 15-20 minutes until quinoa is cooked and water has been absorbed.
Saute Onion and garlic for 5-7 minutes. Add the chicken to it and cook for 7-10 minutes until completely brown.
Add the chicken into the quinoa and cook ufor 10 minutes until the flavors all bind together.
