Coconut Cake Recipe
Ingredients

desiccated coconut

cup
castor sugar

cup
Milk
1
cup
self-raising flour
icing sugar
1
tbsp
French vanilla essence
Instructions
Preheat an oven to 180C.
Grease a cake tin.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl (aside from the icing sugar) and pour into the cake tin.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Take out of the oven and sprinkle the surface with icing sugar.
Allow to cool on a wire rack.
Serve and enjoy!
