  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the red chillies and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the spring onions, bean sprouts and thyme and sauté for 2 more minutes.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cauliflower and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add the soya sauce and salt and mix well.
  5. Serve hot.
