  1. Heat ghee in a pan and add red chillies. Once they splutter add mustard, jeera, split urad dal and bengal gram and fry for a 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add green chilies and fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Simmer the stove and add the tamarind water. Mix well and add salt.
  4. Add onion pieces and sprinkle lots of coriander.
