Spiced minced beef curry with vegetables.

Ingredients

butter

medium onion
chopped

garlic

ground beef*

curry powder

dash black pepper

dash cinnamon

dash ginger

dash turmeric

tomatoes
diced and cooked

potatoes peeled and diced)

chopped
Instructions
Heat butter in a skillet and sauté onion and garlic till soft.
Add meat and brown well.
Stir in curry powder and seasonings, and remaining vegetables.
Cover and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring several times and adding more water if needed.
Serve.
