Chicken Lickin’
Spicy, shallow fried chicken.

Chicken
cut into pieces

onion paste

garlic paste

Turmeric powder
salt to taste
ground black pepper

ml
chicken stock
50
ml
Oil

onion
diced
4
Cloves
4
green cardamoms
1
inch
stick cinnamon
Instructions
Marinade the chicken with a combination of the onion paste, garlic paste, salt, pepper and stock for an hour or so.
Heat the oil and sauté the whole spices for a minute.
Add the chicken, piece by piece and cover the pan.
Allow the chicken to cook, flipping occasionally until it’s done through.
Take out of the pan, garnish with coriander leaves and serve!
