Ingredients

cup
crumbled paneer
6
slices
bread
butter for brushing

Tablespoon oil
Pinch of turmeric
teaspoon
¼jeera powder
salt to taste
tablespoon
¼ginger garlic paste
teaspoon
¼red chilli powder
A handful of peas
pinch
aof garam masala powder
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan, add the cumin in and wait for it to crackle.
Add in all the masalas and stir well.
Mix in the peas and saute for good 3-4 minutes.
Add in the paneer and mix until everything is combined well.
Divide the paneer mixture into small portions and roll them into small balls.
Flatten the bread slices with a chapatti roller and brush the edges with cornflour paste.
Place the ball in the centre and roll and seal.
Shallow fry the rolls until crispy.
