To a mixing bowl, add 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 tbsp of chilli powder and 1/2 tbsp of pepper. Add coriander leaves,lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix well to form paste.
Now, coat the paneers well with this paste and allow it to marinate for 30 minutes.
Prepare the maida batter by mixing corn flour, maida, pepper and sufficient amount of salt. Add water while mixing to form a lump free batter.
Dip the paneer in the maida paste. And coat it extremely well with the bread crumbs. Deep fry the nugget in the oil until they turn light golden brown.
