Creamy paneer goodness!
This delicious paneer tikka is everyone’s favorite!
Ingredients

For marinating

red chili powder

kasuri methi

¼milk cream

Butter as needed
Instructions
Marinate the paneer with the ingredients for marinating and allow it to sit for thirty minutes.
Add the tomatoes and cashew nuts to a blender and make a paste.
Heat the butter in a pan and toss the marinated paneer in the pan until it turns golden. Set the paneer aside.
Marinate the other vegetables in the remaining marinade for then minutes.
Then, fry the vegetables in the pan with a little butter. Once fried, set aside.
Heat a little more butter in the pan and add the cumin, onions, green chili and fry until the onions become golden.
Add the ginger garlic paste and satuee for half a minute.
Then, add the tomato puree, red chili powder and fry for five more minutes.
Add the water, garam masala powder and kasuri methi and alow the mixture to boil until it becomes a thick gravy.
Then, add the paneer tikka and cook for two minutes on medium heat and cook for two minutes.
Add the other vegetables and cook for another minute.
Finally, pour in the milk cream, stir in and add the coriander leaves.
Serve hot!
