Instructions
Marination for paneer tikka
In a pan add cumin seeds, brown cardamom, coriander seed, green cardamom, cloves, black pepper, star anise and shahi zeera and dry roast.
Once roaster blend the dry masalas.
Add the rest of the marinade ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Add the blended dry masalas and mix well.
Your marinade is ready
For grilling paneer tikka
In a tray spread some paneer cubes, julienne onion, capsicum and tomatoes.
In a tray mix paneer cubes, capsicum, tomatoes and julienne onion with the marinade.
Skewer the panner and the vegetables.
Keep the skewers in a fridge for 45 minutes to marinate.
Grill the skewers until the paneer is cooked.
Serve hot.
