Ingredients
For the panna cotta

Fresh vanilla pod

For the topping
1/2
cup
strawberries
1/2
cup
crane berries
1/2
cup
raspberries

balsamic vinegar

tsp

Instructions
For panna cotta
Boil the water. Turn of the heat and add the gelatine to it. Stir until it dissolves completely and becomes spongy. Keep aside to cool slightly.
In the meanwhile, take another pan and on a very low flame heat the cream.
Add a opened vanilla pod and 1/2 cup sugar. Mix the gelatine into the cream.
Take out the vanilla pod and separate it in a jar and let it cool down.
Once it cools down, pour it in the mold. Place it in the fridge for about 2 1/2 hours.
De-mould it, add toppings and serve.
For the topping
In a pan saute the cranberries, strawberries and raspberries.
Add sugar and balsamic vinegar and tender them.
Serve this with the panna cotta.
