Papaya Halwa Recipe
The Papaya Halwa is another sweet delicacy made for special religious events. Papaya is a fruit commonly available and has many health benefits. It is rich in vitamin A and is a good source of fiber. The papaya should be ripe at the same time should be firm enough to grate the same.

Instructions
  1. Heat ghee in pan, add grated raw papaya saute it, cook it for 5 mins until it becomes soft.
  2. Add milk and cook it.
  3. Boil jaggery with little water in a pan until we get one string consistency, later add to papaya mixture and cook it.
  4. Heat ghee in another pan and add cashew nuts, raisins, desiccated coconut, almonds and saute it, transfer into papaya mixture and cook for 2 mins, until it become thick.
  5. Now raw papaya halwa is ready to serve
