Ingredients

turkey legs
2
tbsp
duck fat
2
tsp
Salt
1/2
tsp
pepper
1/4
tsp
cayenne pepper
1/2
tsp
onion powder
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
1/2
tsp
dried thyme

tsp
Worcestshire sauce
Instructions
Mix together the salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, dried thyme and worcestshire sauce.
Allow to marinade for 2-3 hours.
Preheat an oven to 350F.
Heat the fat in a skillet and sauté the turkey legs on both sides for 1-2 minutes.
Allow the legs to cool and then wrap the bacon rashers around them, tucking the bacon underneath the legs and placing them in an oven friendly dish.
Bake the legs for 40 minutes until cooked through.
Take out of the oven and allow to cool slightly.
Serve and enjoy.
