Ingredients

olive oil

freshly grated Parmesan cheese
teaspoon
½salt
teaspoon
½garlic powder
teaspoon
¼ground black pepper
teaspoon
½herbs

potatoes
quartered
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray, or cover pan with foil.
Mix oil, parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, herbs, and black pepper together in a bowl. Add potatoes in the bowl; toss to coat.
Arrange potatoes, in one layer, onto the prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn potatoes once; continue baking until golden and crispy, about 15 to 20 more minutes.
