Ingredients

pasta

Milk

cup
Water
Few
saffron

Jaggery or Sugar

green cardamom powder

ghee
Instructions
Heat pan with ghee then roast cashew nuts, raisins, & pistachio keep it aside.
In the same pan roast pasta then add milk, water & cook till soft [apr 15 to 20 min]. Then add saffron & jaggery mix well.
Add ghee roasted cashew nut, raisins, & pistachio slices.
Finally add cardamom powder mix well &cut off heat. Serve hot or cold.
