Steaming Fish
Parsi style steamed fish.
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Grind all the ingredients for the chutney together until a smooth paste is formed.
  2. Mix the lime juice and salt together.
  3. Marinate the fish in this mixture for half an hour.
  4. Coat the fish in the chutney and then wrap it in banana leaves.
  5. Enclose the banana leaves with string.
  6. Steam the fish for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Serve!
