beaten eggs

half-and-half cream

Salt
Instructions
Take eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Whisk them till you get a smooth mixture.
Cut up the peach into pieces, remove the seeds and blend them.
Put the peach puree into the mixing bowl and mix it with the egg and sugar mixture.
Now whisk in the cream, half-n-half, vanilla and salt.
Once everything is well combined, put the ice cream mixture in the freezer for about an hour.
