Ingredients

tablespoon
butter

Jaggery powder

peanut
Instructions
Melt some butter in a pan, or you can use ghee which is perfect for Indian cooking
Once melted, add in the jaggery powder and mix till it forms a thick liquid.
Then turn off the fire and add the peanuts while the pan and jaggery is still hot and mix it all together really well.
Butter a plate or a flat surface and then spread the mixture onto that portion and let it cool and harden.
Recipe Notes
You can either cut it and serve, or before it hardens completely, roll it into balls.
