Peanuts For The Win
Use this dressing as a dip for Asian starters like spring rolls or chicken skewers.

cold water

low-sodium soy sauce

smooth peanut butter

white vinegar

Sesame oil

warm water

Peanuts
chopped

Mint leaves
chopped
Instructions
Add the corn-starch to the cold water and mix.
Combine the soy sauce, peanut butter, white vinegar, sesame oil and the warm water together and set the mixture over medium heat.
Allow the mixture to simmer until the sugar dissolves.
Add the corn-starch mixture gradually, stirring until the sauce thickens.
Garnish with chopped peanuts and mint leaves.
