simple syrup

nutmeg
orange peel
for garnish
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, muddle pear, nutmeg and simple syrup.
Add vodka, Tuaca, and B&B, and top with ice. Shake vigorously,
Double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with flamed orange zest.
