Ingredients

kg
minced meat
1
cup
mutton fat
1
cup
crushed pomegranate
6
eggs
salt to taste
1
whole garlic
1
tbsp
coriander
3
tomatoes
1
kg
onions
finely chopped
1
cup
vegetable oil
1
tsp
red chili powder
5
tbsp
corn flour
Green coriander to taste
Green chilies to taste
Instructions
Mix together the meat, eggs and all other ingredients.
Take 3 tablespoons of the mixture and roll it to form a ball.
Press the ball between your hands and flatten it to form the kebab.
Heat the oil in pan and fry the kebabs properly on both sides.
Serve.
