Pass the Pesto
Such an easy recipe for Pesto. Ready before you can yell ” Pes-to”!
Ingredients

cups
Fresh Basil Leaves
packed
1/2
cup
extra virgin olive oil
1/2
cup
Parmesan cheese
1/4
cup
Pine Nuts {or you can substitute 1/4chopped Walnuts}
2
garlic cloves
minced
Optional: Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine Basil Leaves, Pine Nuts, Garlic and Parmesan Cheese in Food Processor or Blender.
Pulse or Blend ingredients until combined.
Slowly pour in Olive Oil while running food processor or blender on a low speed.
Optional: Add in a pinch of pepper or salt to taste.
Transfer to a mason jar, store in the refrigerator, and pull it out with your dinner tonight.
Serve over Pasta or with Bread.
