raw sugar cube

ounce
bitters
or grapefruit bitters
2
ounces
chilled rose
2
ounces
chilled champagne
grapefruit twist
Instructions
Add the sugar cube at the bottom of a glass
Soak sugar just through with bitters.
Pour rosé over the sugar sugar cube and add champagne on top with
Garnish with grapefruit twist.
