Pizza I Found You
Fondue just took the high road. It met up with pizza, teamed up with some amazing finger food and made my life a whole lot better.

Ingredients
1
tablespoon
olive oil
1
medium
onion
small dice
1/2
pound
ground beef or Italian Sausage
casings removed
2
cloves
of garlic
minced
1 1/2
teaspoons
dried oregano
1
teaspoon
Salt
1/2
teaspoon
pepper
2
containers of pizza sauce
about 28-30 ounces
1 1/2
cups
of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2
cups
shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
Heat olive oil over in a 4 quart sauce pan over medium heat.
Add onions and sauté until translucent, stirring frequently.
Add meat to the pan and break into smaller pieces while cooking.
Once the meat is almost done, add the garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
Once the meat is cooked through, reduce the heat to medium low, add the pizza sauce and stir well.
Then add the cheeses and stir until all the cheese is completely melted.
