Podi dosa is a simple and easy South Indian dosa, which can be served when you are running out of time to make a chutney or sambar. I always love milagai podi with dosa and i wanted to try this at home and finally made today for breakfast.

  1. Heat a tawa over medium flame. Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread.
  2. Add oil to the sides of the dosa and cook on both sides.
  3. Sprinkle the idli milagai podi on the inner side and cook till done. Remove and serve hot.
