Ingredients

large potato-baked
1/2

hung yogurt
1
Tbsp whole grain mustard
1
Tbsp chopped parsley
1
Tbsp chopped onion
salt and pepper
for seasoning
Instructions
In a bowl mix hung yogurt, whole grain mustard, chopped onions, salt and pepper.
Cut the potato in large cubes, mix with the dressing.
Served chilled topped with chopped parsley.
