Spicy, delicious prawns!
Ingredients

fresh prawns

Turmeric powder

Salt

pepper

tbsp
coconut oil

Mustard seeds

Curry Leaves

red chili powder
1
tsp
chopped red chilies
1
lemon
juiced

Handful coriander
Instructions
Dry fry the prawns with the turmeric powder and salt.
Crackle the mustard seeds and fry the curry leaves in the oil.
Add the chili powder and red chilies and sauté for half a minute.
Add the prawns and fry until golden.
Drain them on a paper towel.
Garnish the prawns with the lemon juice.
Serve!
