Wash and pat the prawns dry . Mix ginger garlic paste with cumin powder,tamarind pulp red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and rice flour and blend 2 tablespoons of oil in it.
Marinate prawns in this mixture and leave aside for at least 2 hours in refrigerator.
Heat oil in pan,add the marnated prawns and cook on high heat for a minute.
Turn over the prawns and cook for another minute.reduce heat and cook for 2-3 minutes. remove and drain excess oil on paper.
