Prawn Will Vindaloo You
Delicious, spicy prawns.
Ingredients

Prawns

medium potatoes
chopped

tbsp
ghee
A handful of curry leaves
1
small Onion
finely sliced
salt to taste
To make the prawn vindaloo masala
1/2
tsp
peppercorns
3
tsp
Cumin seeds
12
small dry Kashmiri chilies
1/2
tsp
Turmeric powder
2
cardamoms
10
garlic cloves
3
tbsp
Vinegar
Instructions
Grind all the ingredients to make the masala into a thick paste.
Sauté the onion and curry leaves in the ghee until the onions brown.
Add the ground paste and toss for tone to two minutes.
Stir in the potatoes and pour in water to cover them.
Cover the pan and cook until the potatoes turn soft.
Once soft, add the prawns, cover the pan and continue cooking.
Cook until the prawns are thoroughly cooked and mix in salt to taste.
Take of the stove, serve and enjoy!
