Ingredients

cup
Basmati rice
1/2
cup
Mint leaves
1/2
cup
coriander leaves
chopped
1/2
tsp
Lemon juice
1/4

Ginger
finely chopped

tbsp
Fresh grated coconut

cloves
garlic

green chili
finely chopped/

medium onion
finely chopped
ghee
Whole spices

green cardamom

Instructions
Wash and cover the rice with water.
Soak the rice for 15 minutes and then boil it over a medium flame.
Once the rice is cooked, drain and allow it to cool.
Grind the mint leaves, coriander leaves, lemon juice, ginger, garlic and coconut together until a smooth paste forms,
Sauté the whole spices in a little ghee until they become aromatic.
Add the green chillies and onions and sauté for a few minutes.
Stir in the mint paste and toss for two minutes.
Stir in the rice and mix well.
Toss for two minutes and take off the stove.
Serve.
