Scrumptious soup recipe

⁄2apple cider

⁄2canned pumpkin

quarts
chicken stock

dried thyme

Bay Leaf
salt and pepper

Cream
Instructions
Take a large pot or pan and add the bacon and cook until they become crisp.
Now, add butter, apples, celery, carrots and garlic.
Let it cook in the bacon grease until it becomes soft.
Now, add the wine, cider and stock. Add pumpkin puree and herbs.
Let this mixture simmer on the flame for one hour.
Now take the mixture and add to mixie or blender and blend with cream.
Add salt and pepper if you want.
