  1. Add maize flour, refined flour and olive oil to the mixing bowl and mix it well.
  2. To this add the crushed cloves, fennel & cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, rock salt, pumpkin puree and dark chocolate and mix well.
  3. In same bowl add the soy milk, roasted walnut and ghee. Mix well to make a dough.
  4. Grease baking dish with ghee and add the dough. Bake in preheated oven at 170 to 180 °C for 18 to 20 minutes.
  5. For presentation. cut the bread in slices and place it on the plate.
