Pie meets Oatmeal
Like Pumpkin Pie decided to visit for breakfast!
Ingredients

Water

cup
half & half or milk
1 1/2
cups
steel cut oats
1
cup
pumpkin purée
1/2-1
cup
firmly packed brown sugar

tablespoons
butter
1
tablespoon
pumpkin pie spice
1
teaspoon
cinnamon
1/2
teaspoon
Salt
Instructions
Stir all the ingredients together in the slow cooker, cook on LOW overnight, about 8 hours.
When it is done, it will still look liquidy. Give it a good stir and it will all come together.
Serve immediately.
