Ingredients
For The Patties

potatoes

Cornflour
salt to taste

cup
chopped mint leaves
cup
¼chopped coriander

gingers
tbsp
½lemon juice

tsp
sugar
Oil for deep frying
TO SERVE
green chutney
fresh garlic chutney
khajur imli ki chutney

sev

chopped onions
Instructions
Making the patties
Boil, peel and grate the potatoes.
Add the cornflour and salt and knead into a soft dough.
Divide into 12 equal portions and keep aside.
Ball each portion roughly using your hands and press lightly on the top to make a patty. Repeat to make the remaining 11 patties.
Shallow fry on a non-stick pan till the patties are golden brown and crisp.
How to plate
For serving, place 2 patties on a plate and pour the ragda over.
Top with roughly 4-5 tablespoons of each chutney. Sprinkle the sev and onions on top.
Serve immediately.
