Ingredients
1
cup
ragi flour
cup
½peanuts
A handful of curry leaves
1
onion
Chili flakes to taste
salt to taste
cup
½powdered dalia
pottu kadalai or fried gram
oil for frying
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together with water to form a vada-like mixture consistency.
Heat oil in a kadai or wok.
Make small balls out of the mixture and flatten it by pressing between your hands (don’t make it too thick or too thin).
Fry on medium heat until golden-brown and crisp.
Serve hot with chutney.
